Public Consultation
The public consultation period will be open until the 17th October 2025.
Land West of Charlton Road, Keynsham consists of approximately 9 hectares of land on the western edge of Keynsham. It is partially contained by adjacent woodland to the south, and existing field boundaries.
The Site is sustainably located, being well connected to the existing settlement of Keynsham. It also provides opportunities for car-free travel, with bus stops on Charlton Road served by the 17, 349 and K1 bus services and the Keynsham train station a ~30 minute walk away.
The vision for the Site is to provide a vibrant new development of up to 200 new homes, with modern living and placemaking at its heart, that offers a mix of much-needed new homes set in a multi-functional network of green spaces.
